If Notchzy doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email notchzy@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email, within 14 days of purchase. Include your order or payment ID if you have it.

Refunds are issued by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

After 14 days purchases are normally final, but if something is wrong, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
